Unworn Naot footwear purchased from www.leathersandals.com may be returned within 30 days.

- Exchanges will receive a *FREE pre-paid return label via email within 24 hours. Subsequent exchanges on the same order will be charged $8 for each label.
- Returns will receive a pre-paid return label via email. $8 will be deducted from your refund for the first pair plus $3 for each additional pair on same label.
- Returned items must be clean and in brand new, unworn condition. Items returned with pet hair, smoke odor, soiled or dirty footbeds will either be refused for refund OR charged a $12/pr cleaning fee.
- Product must be in its original Naot shoebox. Please do not tape or label the original Naot shoebox. Missing or taped up shoeboxes will incur a $6 box replacement fee to be deducted from your refund. Please simply wrap the shoebox in paper or put it inside of another box.
