I have a long narrow foot (size 43) and hoped this would work for me since my doctor recommended Naot. As some others have said, the straps stretched and the strap doesn't accomodate the number of holes that I need. I really wish Naot would make more shoes that fit a narrow foot in the 43 - 44 size.

I love these shoes! The adjustable straps accommodate my wide feet and the rhinestones dress them up enough to make them great for work. I wish I had them in every color!

I bought these shoes on vacation and wasn't able to wear them, when I called the company I was told they had to go back to the store. The soul on the left is highter on the inside than the right shoe, you foot wants to turn out. I'm upset! I have 4 other pairs and haven't had this problem. The company won't let you return them to them, only the store. BE CAREFUL!

I got these on the advice of a friend, and I adore them. I have been doing lots of walking this summer, and these are one of my go-to pairs of sandals. Yes, they stretched a bit more quickly than I expected, but I just adjusted the straps, and now I know they will be great for wearing with my handknit socks in the fall as well. They are worth every penny I paid, and then some!

I read so many good things about these sandals that I went out and bought the white patent leather. I am dissapointed with them because they stretched very quickly and I had to make extra holes. Sometimes when I'm walking, I feel that I'm twisting my foot.

I have two pair and receive compliments from all ages.....teenagers and senior citizens. I try to buy only Naot and I love the Kate.

I have many Naot shoes and sandals and these are my favorite. The footbed is perfect. I get so many compliments on the red patent that I want more of Kate in many colors.

A friend recommended these shoe to me to wear as change into shoes at my son's wedding. I bought the metal and they were great so comfortable. I had a long dress, but anyone at the reception who noticed my shoes thought they were so cute. I loved them so much I bought a pair in black. Now I have another son getting married and am looking for a pair to match my blue dress.

Love your shoes. Just one comment on the "Kate". The little bit of pretty bling on the buckles pulls lots of threads on the bottoms of my trousers.

I have several pair of Naot sandals, and these are my least favorite. The straps have streched, and I have had to have new holes made in the straps, and they still don't fit right. I would not recommend this style. KD

These are cute comfortable shoes. they do however, stretch quite a bit in the first few weeks. They have adjustable buckles but the holes are not really in the right places. I would have given these shoes 5 stars if the straps were Velcro instead for a more personalized fit.

I usually wear orthotics and had given up on finding stylish sandals that are also comfortable. The Kate sandals are fabulous, as comfy as wearing slippers - I took mine on a trip to Europe and happily wandered round Paris for days in them. They are so pretty, I get comments on them all the time. Kudos to Naot for combing style and comfort!

I just recieved these shoes in white patent. They are awesome! So cute, I'm going to be wearing them alot this summer. I'm going to be wearing them on my wedding day. Terribly comfy and dressy. I love them!
