The following information applies to all returns:
- Unworn Naot footwear purchased from www.leathersandals.com may be returned to Sole Survivor within 30 days.
- Email or call our office for return authorization. (We need to create a credit order so that we will know what to do with your return when it arrives. Packages without authorization will be refused and thus returned to you.)
- Returned items must be clean and in brand new, unworn condition. (Be especially careful of sweaty feet, dirt, pet hair, dust, smoke and the like. Items received by Sole Survivor in such condition will be returned to you at your expense)
- Product must be in its original Naot shoebox. Please do not tape up the original Naot shoebox. Wrap it in paper or put it inside of another box.
- Full refund (less$5/pr restocking) will be made to original payment method used - please allow 1-2 billing cycles. Exchanges usually ship within 7 business days or less of receipt of returned item.
- Exchange shipping is free.
- NOTE: Exchanges can ship sooner if we know in advance what you want in exchange.

Sole Survivor offers free ground shipping on Naot footwear shipped to continental U.S. addresses. The free shipping offer applies to shoes, sandals or clogs. Depending on the final destination, most orders arrive in 7-10 business days.
A shipping fee of $5 will be added to Naot footwear orders shipping to: Alaska, Hawaii, VI, PR and other outlying islands.
US Shipping of Naot footbeds, lotions, care products etc is a flat $7.00.
Shipping to Canada of Naot footbeds, lotions, care products etc is a flat $9.00.
Your shipping will be manually adjusted to free when footbeds, lotions or care products are ordered with a pair of Naot footwear.

Leathersandals.com uses US Priority mail for most residential U.S. addresses. UPS ground is used for most U.S. business addresses.
When a package is returned to us as undeliverable and is not a result of our error, a shipping fee of $7 will be charged in order to re-ship the item.
Shipping one pair of Naots to Canada is $28-$35 via U.S. Global Express Mail.

The Naot manufacturer in Israel is committed to delivering their most popular styles to as many who want them and so the factory schedule is determined by demand. It can take up to 3 weeks for your backordered item to arrive from Israel.
