Q. Do all Naots fit the same? The pair I have worn for several years is a size 37, but the size 37 I just received seems smaller? How come?
A. There are several reasons that come to mind. The first explanation could be due to the style. Naot footwear is classified by collection and the Naot footbed shape in each collection is unique, thus, the fit can vary somewhat from one collection to another. Another reason could be that your old pair may have been a bit tight to begin with and over time, they have stretched and formed to fit you very nicely. One final consideration is that perhaps your foot has changed. Injury, weight or lifestyle changes can contribute to changes in foot size. Q. How do I know which style of replacement footbed to buy for my Naots?
A. Until a few years ago, most Naots used the Scandinavian style footbed. Now, with a greater variety of styles, has come a variety of footbed styles. If you can find your Naots on our web site, you will know which collection they are in and that will be the style you should purchase. If you cannot find your Naots on our web site, email us with a detailed description of the uppers and also describe the bottom of the sole. This will help us identify your Naots. Q. Does Naot make any styles for narrow feet? A. YES! The Elegant collection is the only way to go. Elegant collection styles are considered slightly narrow - between an A & B width. If your feet are especially narrow, choose styles with adjustable Velcro straps. The Naot Carly is always a good choice. The Naot Kayla & Naot Bernice are also very popular among narrow-footed Naot lovers.

Q. I'm going on vacation and expect to do a LOT of walking. Which sandal styles do you suggest?
A. The feedback we get from Naot lovers is that ALL Naot styles are comfy for walking. At the top of our suggestion list for men is anything from the Venture, Walker, or Scandinavian collections. The nice wide base in these collections provides much needed stability for long walks. The footbeds ensure all day comfort and the EVA soles are shock absorbent and super long-lasting. The same features exist in the Women’s styles.
